6. Earnings and Withdrawals

6.1 Earning Money

You may earn money through:

  • Winning games and tournaments
  • Referral bonuses (1000 PKR per successful referral)
  • Promotional offers and bonuses

6.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following terms:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount as specified in the app
  • Withdrawal methods: Easypaisa and Jazz Cash
  • Processing time: 24-48 hours (subject to verification)
  • Account verification may be required
  • We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals if fraud is suspected

6.3 Referral Program

The referral program terms:

  • You earn 1000 PKR for each successful referral
  • Referrals must complete registration and meet minimum activity requirements
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination

7. Payments and Transactions

Additional payment methods may be added at our discretion.

7.2 Transaction Fees

Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before processing. We are not responsible for fees charged by payment providers.

  • Text, graphics, logos, icons, images
  • Software, code, and technology
  • Game designs and mechanics
  • Trademarks and service marks

Are owned by 3 Patti Gold or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit, post, or display content on or through 3 Patti Gold, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license above.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You breach any applicable laws
  • We suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • For any other reason at our sole discretion

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and data
  • Pending withdrawals may be cancelled if fraud is suspected
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3 PATTI GOLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3 Patti Gold, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another
  • Any content you submit

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3 Patti Gold regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
